While there probably are 1M+ books on how to be successful, I've never found one as on point and practical as this one.

OUTPUT = IMPACT

While having a positive mindset and badass strategy are crucial building blocks to success, they don't matter at all if you don't show up every single day and put in the work

The single most obvious place this shows up for us practicing Pediatric + Family Chiropractors is in our Marketing and New Patients (or lack thereof).

We all want to have our practice flooded with ideal, already educated New Patients but, how many of us are willing to:

  • Make a high-quality post on Social Media every single day
  • Create and nurture at least 1 professional connection every single week
  • Rock 1-2 Workshops every single month
  • Throwdown a kick-ass Internal Referral Campaign (ie. Gift of Health, Back to School , etc.) every quarter
  • The actual strategic plan for how to succeed and blow up your practice is right there in front of all of us.

Who likes doing Facebook live videos? ….

I’d be willing to bet that almost all of us on Peds today would prioritize a tough progress report w/ a dad whose a pediatrician over a Video recording of ourselves…ok that may be too far.

But even if you feel more comfortable in an insta Reel dancing than a live video, here’s the call to action for today…

Do long-form “whiteboard” videos (Facebook lives, Instagram TV, and blogs) because you never know who is watching!

Here’s my “Case Study ” on it!

The goal: 5-6 months back we committed, as an office, to create more educating and entertaining content (edu-taiment) to share our pediatric brand, culture, and excitement! AND along with the FUN we committed to ONE whiteboard, longer form (5-10 mins) live video each week to drop in the middle of it.

1. Bring More Inspiration and Enthusiasm than Information and Education

As absolutely obsessed chiropractic philosophy and science nerds , so many of us immediately fall into the trap of wanting to dive deep into the 33 principles, science of subluxation , our fancy digital x-rays, or go hard at explaining Thermal DTG, Surface EMG, and HRV!

That is an absolutely wonderful plan to take IF you're teaching CEs to a room full of chiropractors, but you're not. You are speaking to a parent.

A parent who has been completely beat up, inundated, and overwhelmed (yet underwhelmed at the same time) by the traditional medical system , and probably biomedical and natural medical world already.

They've already had all the blood work, lab tests, genetic testing, MRIs, EEGs, and more... and yet they have NOT yet found the Hope, Answers, and Help they seek to get their child well.

Therefore what they need from you more than anything else during this visit is an obsessive, almost obscene amount...

Look, making a massive income and taking tons of vacations are freaking great. But if that is your primary purpose, then every single mom and dad in your community will sniff that out in a hot second and NOT bring their kids to see you. 

If you want a thriving Pediatric, Prenatal, and Family Practice then you've got to get your priorities and purpose in the right order. 

If you got into this primarily to make a ton of money and have a ton of time off, then PI and Peripheral Neuropathy are for you - not Peds and Family.
