Along with all the Core Content that is organized and in the Membership, we add fresh, weekly, "from the trenches" Zoom Trainings live every Tuesday morning at 9 AM Central. We rotate between Doctor-focused training, and CA-focused training (yep, direct CA Training from our team to yours). Each Zoom is recorded and posted up on the Membership site within a few hours at most, then we email and text you the direct link so it's easy to find and watch if you are in clinic or with patients during the live time!

It’s really every kind of online training you’ve heard of, rolled into one low monthly fee! The membership site is set up by organized Categories (Science, Communication, Marketing, etc.) and then even more detailed subcategories, so that in just one to two clicks you can access exactly the training you most want and need. 

We like to think of it as multiple Online Courses all rolled into one place! We chose to not go the traditional online course route only though because the moment you finish a course, the world changes and it grows stale. 

Since we are in practice constantly looking to learn, improve, adapt, and grow ourselves, we chose the Membership program to allow us to constantly add and update content to keep everyone at the front edge of what’s working now, not just what worked in the past.

Taking that to yet another level, we did work in Weekly Live Zoom Trainings for both the Doctor and the CA/Team aspect! Yep, PX is essentially an entire CA Training Program and Support Community with peer-to-peer training and connection not really offered anywhere else in Pediatric and Family Chiropractic. Let us train and support them right alongside you, and often even just for you! 

Great question! Because we are so vocal and well-known for our Perfect Storm work, many chiropractors think that our clinic is almost just that. Which is why it’s always so fun to have docs and students shadow us, and see the entire run of a family practice alive and well every single minute of every single day!

We are actually 70% family wellness and prenatal, and then the rest of the practice is kids still going through their initial Restoration Phase of Perfect Storm or Kick the Sick (neuroimmune cases). Therefore the PX training takes you through every single case type you’ll ever find in a Family Practice, even dads and dudes with low back pain!

You’ll learn how to communicate every single case and move them into a Neuro-Tonal model through your education, communication, and even adjusting approach… and never look back! Truly PX training will transform every bit of your practice for the better!

Not directly from us, no. Dr. Tony spent a few years with one of the best coaching groups out there and we each see immense value in coaching, we just know that we are built to Teach, Train, and Collaborate… but not coach.

That said, we’ll constantly be working to form collaborative relationships with the best of the best coaching groups in chiropractic, so that there is synergy and alignment (pun very intended) in what we’re training you in The Pediatric Experience, and those coaching programs.

Some systems will be much more easily adapted and aligned than others of course, so if you’re choosing a coach we highly recommend choosing one that has not only a passion for Pediatric and Prenatal care, but also has real life experience in that practice model!

So while we can’t help but be inspirational and motivational when we really get going, we are really obsessed with making sure everything we do is high-level educational and put together in applicable, implementable, and easily actionable frameworks and systems!

There are no “have to's” really at all in the way we train, but for sure getting an Insight scanning system is our most strongly recommended move. It just takes every bit of what we do to a whole new level. Not just in communication and care planning, but in our adjusting approach as well!
