The Backstory
I'm gonna be vulnerable for a minute in this post.
I’m a bit nervous to even share this podcast
When I got the ask to do this, I was nervous, I know the Chiro badasses 💪 who have come before me and I wanted to make sure I brought it 🔥 and lived up to those expectations and my own.
The other really cool thing about being on his Podcast is that no “prep” went into it. Dr. Angus Pyke specifically didn’t give me an outline 📝, questions or the flow… it's was all in the moment.
Then it was titled “How to be the best...”, which was just a tad bit daunting, to say the least.
Uncovering What's Working
Dr. Angus and I dig into 3 important topics for all Pediatric Chiropractic offices and teams. Whether you are just starting out, in growth mode, or rebranding into more of a Pediatric and Family Office. This works for each of those states.
1. First, we dive into communicating with parents about Pediatric Chiropractic 🧠 and focus on two things often forgotten about. LISTENING and RELATABILITY….what are key to our Day 1, Day 2, and the conversion to care process.
2. Secondly, we talk through the associate model within Chiropractic - so if you are looking to hire (or be hired) this will be a good listen.
The reason Dr. Tony, myself, and 4 other rockstar docs have joined up and plan to stay as a team for the long term comes down to more than just - finances💰, workload 🥵, and schedule 📆…It is all about the IMPACT we can have with kids and families being bigger and louder.
Second, the long-term success comes down to the VISION of the owner and the team. We grow teams for more freedom, not the freedom to do less but the freedom to level up, do more at that new level, and impact more.
3. Lastly, in Marketing (I mean it is the ‘Marketing Your Practice Podcast’ 😉) we dig into short video 🎥 formats, titles, and tips that work! With the sole purpose of being more impactful sharing the Chiropractic message so parents will call and schedule at your office!
So should I be more confident - Probably 😂, but that’s something I’m still working on!
