In the last 3 years, we have added 6 additional CA’s to our team.πŸ‘ Each time, we started with deciding who that next incredible patient was that we wanted to bring on board to chase this mission and vision with us.

Among them were professionals who currently held their “perfect job”,πŸ‘€ at-home moms who have several young children, Perfect Storm moms with schedules filled with therapies and appointments galore, and special needs moms who have children with rare disease diagnoses that need around-the-clock care.

And yet we asked.

But before we did, we cast the mission and vision of where we are headed with Pediatric Chiropractic and where we saw them in that.

We didn’t start with hours ⏰, job requirements, or pay scale.
We started with INSPIRATION and the INVITATION to explore a life of purpose filled with passion for chiropractic and service to others. πŸ’—

They all said yes.

The bottom line is this if we want all in, inspired, and on fire for chiropractic A team players on our team, then we need to be about that, and we need to LEAD with that.

When we do, it sets the tone for the culture and quality we must have on our team.
