Diving Deep into an HRV Case Study

I absolutely love the data that is available to us as Pediatric and Family Chiropractors!

And my favorite may be Heart Rate Variability (HRV)! We can see autonomic, balance, autonomic activity, and resting heart rate all in a 3-minute collection and then combo that with their story to communicate and care plan with simplicity!

For this Teaching Tuesday, I want to dig into a case where HRV truly helps tell the whole story! A teenager who is 'wound up and worn out,' anxious but de-motivated and tired 😔... and you can see it when we look intricately at her HRV reading.

Big thanks to the tech, software, and mission from CLA to give us this so we can look deeper into what is going on in the nervous system 🧠. Truly a game-changer!
