Cancellation & Refund Policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that they cannot work for everyone all of the time. You can cancel your student, start-up or full membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to The Pediatric Experience service through the end of your monthly billing period. 

The initial term of your subscription will commence on the date you are charged for the subscription. You may terminate your account at any time and for any reason through the subscription tab in your account. When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:

 For monthly subscription plans:

• We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods.
• All new members get a welcome kit upon signing up for a membership. We cannot grant refunds for our student, start-up or full membership monthly plans after the initial payment has been made. You have the ability to cancel in the future at any time.

For Live Seminars

• Due to the cost nature of live events and the demand for our live events, the registration fee is non-refundable but a registration credit may be given to the attendee for future use.

Physical Products

• We offer up to 30-day return policy for any physical product orders. 

• To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned we cannot issue a refund.

Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. (ie. if you purchase an item for a third time after canceling and getting refunded twice, the third time you will not be refunded.
