This time we’re taking the experience to sunny Orlando, Florida — at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, right in the Disney Springs® Area. You’ll be steps away from world-class restaurants, entertainment, and shopping, all within the Walt Disney World® Resort.
For travel, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is just a 25-minute drive from the hotel, making it easy for teams flying in from anywhere in the U.S.
3. When do I need to arrive?
The event officially kicks off on January, 15th at 1PM EST.
If your schedule allows, we highly recommend arriving Wednesday evening or early Thursday morning to settle in, connect with your team, and enjoy everything the resort has to offer — from the pools and fitness center to dining and Disney Springs® just across the skybridge.
Consider extending your stay for a day or two before or after the event to unwind and make the most of the Orlando experience!
